7. Specific Provisions regarding Consent Withdrawal

A. Application Tracking (Beta vs. Stable)

Beta Versions: Tracking is a mandatory condition of the Beta Agreement to help us stabilize the software. It cannot be disabled. If you do not wish to be tracked, you must stop using the Beta version and uninstall it.

Stable Versions: Tracking is optional. You can withdraw your consent at any time by navigating to the application settings and disabling "Usage Tracking".

B. Website Tracking

You can withdraw your consent for website tracking by rejecting "Analytics" or "Tracking" cookies via our cookie banner or your browser settings. Please note that this only stops tracking via cookies; essential technical logs (IP addresses for security) will still be processed.

C. Automated Decision Making

We use automated logic to validate licenses. If a license is flagged for fraud/tampering, activation may be blocked automatically. You have the right to request a manual review of such decisions.

D. Newsletter & Marketing

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any marketing email we send. Alternatively, you can request removal by contacting us directly. Please note that you will still receive essential transactional emails (such as license key delivery, account verification, or security updates) necessary for the Service.
